Buyer's comment:

The company went out of their way to state specifically that there were no scratches on the crystal. Upon opening from the box, there is a clear scratch. The date also changes to the next day at 11:45. This was not mentioned on the write up. I question is the watch was examined by the coming prior to sale. Disappointing.

Dealer's comment:

Trying to re-negotiate a deal after a whole month after purchase is unfair. If you saw a scratch on crystal (we did not), why did you not contact us right away? We stay behind the watches we sell and always find solution if any problem arises.
