Buyer's comment:

The communication was very rude.

Dealer's comment:

This guy asked 35 times & was sent numerous pictures to about the condition of a strap that was worn literally 3 times & obviously could not understand that there was ZERO wear on the strap keeper. No one can sell this guy a watch.

Buyer's comment:

Watch originally listed on ebay. Via ebay emailed seller with offer of $36,500.00 asking price 38,900. Seller agreed but would not accept paypal due to fees, said profit of $1000 would be gone. So we moved to Chrono24 and I requested seller to reduce the price on Chrono24 to $36,500. Price by seller was reduced and I accepted his offer at this price and paid by Mastercard (no fees). We had numerous emails together many of which discussed the price at $36,500 and my request for an appraisal for insurance. The next day I received an email from seller informing me that their was a mistake. Seller informed me that he did not intend to offer the watch at $36,500 as he paid $37,000 for it. He blamed the error on a so called "computer glitch". The only error was his by not knowing how much he paid for it when he accepted my offer. It was obvious that he knew full well how much I was offering and that he accepted my offer. He revoked the sale. He did not honor the agreed upon price or even offer to sell it at his cost. It was his error and as a professional he should have eaten the $500 and allowed the sale. So BEWARE. He would have been better off admitting his mistake rather than trying to blame it on the computer.

Dealer's comment:

Actually, I sold to a higher bidder while he was CALLING me for a cheapskate price. His loss, my gain. Can't make a miserable guy happy.
