Chrono24 site doesn’t allow to select shipping cost by the weight. The box is made out of wood and very heavy. The difference in the shipping cost was 1/3 cost of the box. I asked the buyer to pay the difference. She was not understanding and not willing to pay the difference in shipping cost. So I canceled her order, that’s why the box was not shipped!

Bought and paid for a Rolex Accessory I had been looking for for a very longtime. Seller then wanted to cancel as she claimed to have sold to someone else. I said that’s impossible as Chrono24 confirmed I was the rightful and first buyer. I asked seller to honor our agreement and seller just said she was sorry and would cancel even knowing that that would lead to a bad review. This is not good practice if you ask me. No solution was offered just a sorry and that’s it.

Before the buyer paid I was offered a double price for the item which I would accept if it was not at night and I was sleeping. Obviously I accepted a higher price. Business is business!

After I purchased a watch I received a notification stating that the watch was sold already. The dealer then emailed me trying to sell me a watch directly instead. Then followed with passive aggressive messages - which I did not engage in responding to. Very unprofessional and concerning behavior.

First of all the watch was in stock, I just panicked and told the buyer it’s not because I sold the same watch on another platform. Buyer didn’t reply. Second of, I offered the buyer more valuable watch same model but the buyer didn’t reply either. And the last, there was no passive aggressive behavior from my side! I just tried to help the buyer but she didn’t appreciate anything I offered her including the watch she have ordered!

Communication avec le vendeur nulle ! Les explications très confuses du vendeur NATILUXIA de NEW YORK sont tout à fait suspectes et inadmissibles ! Incohérentes avec le descriptif de la montre dans son annonce. Ses réponses à mes questions étaient très laconiques et floues. J'ai payé la montre le 23.12.2020 pour un montant de 4069 €, pour un envoi immédiat, or le 20.01.2021 je n'avais toujours aucune nouvelle, il n'avait toujours pas envoyé la montre prétextant maladie, débordé de travail etc... le Staff CHRONO 24 est intervenu, et le vendeur s'est confondu en explications rocambolesques sur une intervention qu'il devait faire sur la montre et qui allait augmenter le prix de la montre d'environ 1000 € Or, la marque CARTIER interdit de modifier ses modèles qui sont exclusifs et “déposés”! Je suis très déçue et choquée que de telles irrégularités puissent se produire sur le site CHRONO 24, surtout que ce même vendeur NATILUXIA se permet de proposer à nouveau à la vente 2 montres identiques à celle que j'ai achetée, et des prix plus élevés !! A éviter absolument !

The watch had custom diamonds (modified) it said in the description when the buyer paid for it. So she knew exactly that is modified! The buyer got upset she couldn’t get the watch below marker price.

Misleading communication whereas she never said the watch wasn’t going to be ready to be shipped until a month after purchasing, not sure if it would’ve taken longer since I canceled the order. I had to message her every 4-5 days after making payment to find out when she would be shipping it. Seller never bothered to inform me with any updates if I didn’t chase her. She kept asking for more time and that’s when she mentioned that she would have to customise it. Customisation waiting period should be mentioned clearly in the description so that buyers don’t think the item is ready for delivery and find out after a month that it’s not even ready. If I knew I’d have to wait that long I wouldn’t have ordered it. Disappointing experience.

Very bad communication. I paid for a watch and waited for 2 weeks. After two weeks i kindly asked if the watch was already send, i did not get a direct reaction back and had to ask multiple times about the watch. After almost 30 days of waiting i called Chrono24 about the issue and got my money back.

The watch was sold on another platform. Was trying to get same replacement watch for the buyer but he wouldn’t want to wait. We communicated constantly!

I made an offer on the watch and the seller sold it without responding to my offer. He could simply decline but he was not answering. After 24 hours I called the seller and she told me that the watch was gone....I told her that she couldn t sell the watch before accepting or declining my offer, they said they didn t care.....

The buyer didn’t buy the listed watch as it was already sold and he was notified about it. The buyer is a dealer who bought another watch but his customer didn’t like the watch he bought from me. Thought it was too small even all measured were described in the listing!
