PLEASE BE WARY IF YOU ARE BUYING A HUBLOT ONE CLICK 33MM FROM WW I placed this order in November 2021 with the promise of delivery within 7-9 weeks. Just after 9 weeks passed we checked with the dealer who apologised due to the Christmas break (fair enough). Following the Christmas period, after speaking directly with the dealer we were constantly told "1 more week, 1 more week, 1 more week...." the excuses began to repeat themselves, regardless of the agent replying. I can only assume that none of the reasons given were true. I have been left with no choice but to cancel my order and i have a very disappointed wife, Sadly, the watch is still being advertised for sale.... POINT TO NOTE: this would have been my 4th purchase via Chrono24 in the past 3 years, I have nothing but praise for this company... as soon as my money is refunded from WW I will be reusing Chrono24 to buy my Hublot

I ordered in November, I was told a delivery mid-January, which I accepted. Having no news at the end of January, I am told that the supplier has placed an order and is awaiting delivery. Finally mid-February the order is canceled, the supplier will not be able to have it ... To read the comments I am not the only one to whom it happened. Three months of waiting for nothing. It's not professional.

The communication went smoothly initially and I was given a 3 weeks wait time for the delivery. After waiting more than a month for the item I started to question the dealer on its ability to deliver the product. I was informed that there would be some more delay but no clarity about the cause of the issue up until the point where after two months the dealer canceled the transaction. I think it’s not great that dealers take orders just to then cancel because their suppliers fail to deliver. Just be clear in the first place that there is a chance product would not become available.

Alot of the watches that this dealer advertises as available are not in stock. I purchased a £6000 Hublot from them literally months before I needed it for my partners 30th. I recieved no updates and eventually after many messages they conceded that they would not get it in time and left me without a gift for my partner. And to add insult to injury they then short changed me on my refund, blaming exchange rates! Avoid at all costs

I will preface this with saying that my attempted purchase was made during the Coronavirus pandemic (very end of May). However... I placed money in Escrow for an Omega and I had been told it could take up to 18 working days for delivery. At first, the communication was great, but as the weeks progressed, I had no updates. This was a birthday gift, so obviously I was nervous about time. Whenever I got in touch to enquire, they simply restated the 18 days. So I waited and when that time was coming to an end, I got back in touch again to find out which day it would be arriving as I’d still received no delivery details. At this point, I was told they wouldn’t be able to deliver as promised, due to COVID delivery issues preventing a delivery from Switzerland. The important thing here is that they didn’t come to me with this info, I had to chase them to get it. I don’t believe they would have got in touch otherwise. This left me with just a few days to try and find a replacement, which luckily I did and had fantastic service from Browns Family Jewellers, which offered a similar price and delivered within less than 24 hours. No fuss. No stress.

I bought watch through Chrono24 with Trusted Check out. The dealer sent me a confirmation after a few hours. Then I transferred the money and Chrono24 confirmed the receipt of the money 2 Hours later to the dealer. 6 hours later I got a call, that the watch is sold differently. I got an offer for another watch, but it was significantly more expensive. For me the system has to be changed, so that the clock is reserved between purchase and payment. I got my money back, but I was annoyed for three days.

When I ordered the watch, I got the information that the delivery date was in 2 weeks. Every time I questioned the seller, I got messages asking me to wait until the predicted date. When the first predicted date arrived, the seller asked me for another month because of delays caused because Covid-19, which I understood. During this extra month, I have contacted the seller a few times to understand if this time, the delivery time was compromised or not. The seller only answered me a few times and, every time he answered me, he was vague and not particularly friendly. After this extra month, the seller asked for more time to ship the watch. Conclusion: I got wrong and fake information in every communication. I was waiting for one and a half months for nothing.
