Seller responds very late to messages, made a counter offer to my offer which I accepted. After payment, the watch was no longer in the range or present. Very unfortunate and sloppy, had to ask for a refund via Chrono's customer service, the seller did not respond to anything! Do not recommend this seller.

A termék kifizetése után még párszor válaszolt az üzenetekre. Utána közölte, hogy 1 hónap a várható szállítás. Az üzenetekre ezután már nem válaszolt így 2 hónap után visszatérítették a vételárat.

Seller collects orders, than finds the stock and sends orders only after 3-4 weeks, breaking all delivery terms - obvious "soft" scam model. Strongly not recommending - you will only lose time and money on refund

Dass die Uhr beim Hersteller nicht mehr im Programm ist, stellt Zeitlounge erst fest, nachdem ich bezahlt hatte und nach Tagen der Untätigkeit nach den Versanddaten fragte. Anstatt jetzt zu sagen wie es ist, wird die Geschichte von der Beschädigung beim Checkout hervorgeholt.Eine Foro der Beschädigung wollte ZL nicht zur Verfügung stellen.

Commerciante tedesco pessimo, bruttissima esperienza, sto ancora aspettando il rimborso, dopo aver ordinato e pagato comunicano che l'orologio è danneggiato ..e non spediscono altri, comunicazione scarsa..mai più questo venditore.
