1. Without notifying me, dealer shipped to a fedex location near me, and not to my address as requested. "COVID regulations" excuse was given, which is nonsense, as this isn't my first or last purchase online. Caused me to drive around town like a maniac trying to find the shipped box. 2. Description on the listing was misleading/false. Labeled "New" but watch arrived with significant leather strap wear near the space where it meets the lug. Also, box was not the original one and the cushion was ripped. 3. The watch was poorly packaged, left to move around in it's box spacing. Wasn't even placed on the cushion for a more secure feel. Overall quite a ridiculous transaction.

Due to COVID situation with delays, as the only option for overnight we sent Hold at fedex station direct signature(Photo ID) required 0,2 mile from your home address. Don't misunderstand new with unworn Unworn is a watch without visible sign of wear from 95-98% condition. over the time the curved strap inside the watch box it is going to show some marks but it is not because it is worn to avoid this problem we don't put the watch on the cushion to keep the strap flat inside the watch box Enjoy the watch
