There is absolutely no way that watch should have ever been shipped to any one with the exception of Breitling for a complete servicing and repairs! Sending the watch to a customer is either complete lack of any sense/quality control or out right fraud. The bezel rotated freely, there more scratches and wear marks than were disclosed, and the stem on the crown was bent or broken!!! You tell me should all of these issues have gotten by a reputable, responsible, honest dealer? I think not. I would sooner wear an hour glass on my wrist than attempt to business with this dealer again. I am grateful to Chrono24’s policy of holding funds in escrow until satisfaction by the purchaser. I bought the same watch from E D Marshall through for $50.00 (Box and Papers included) less and it was perfect. Super easy to deal with and they phoned me to answer all my questions, thank you Jessie!!
