Der Verkäufer hat die Transaktion abgebrochen, weil am nächsten Tag die Überweisung noch nicht auf dem Konto angekommen ist. Vor dem Kauf hatten wir am Telefon vereinbart, dass meine Bank einen Tag braucht um das Überweisungslimit zu erhöhen. Hierzu hatte ich auch als Beleg einen Screenshot von der Korrespondenz mit der Bank übermittelt. Am nächsten Morgen wäre die Überweisung angekommen. Tipp: wenn eine Anzahlung gewünscht wird, dann sollte man das im Vorfeld kommunizieren. Nicht im Nachgang, wenn die Transaktion abgebrochen wird. Schade.

Now and then, unfortunately, it comes to intermediate sales. This is mainly due to the fact that with such attractive offers, we receive a large number of price proposals. Of course, the watch will be sold to the buyer who pays first. However, no payment has taken place on your part! We have cancelled your offer before your payment. Your evaluation is therefore incorrect.

Ich habe einen Preis vorgeschlagen. Dann kam ein Gegenvorschlag den ich akzeptierte. Ich kaufte die Uhr. Bezahlte per Überweisung und markierte die Uhr als bezahlt. Das war am Freitag den 18.6. um 21h. Samstag Nachmittag bekam ich die Mitteilung, die Uhr ist nicht mehr verfügbar. Ich suchte im Internet nach dem Verkäufer, rief ihn an und fragte nach dem Grund. Er meinte, die Uhr wurde auf einer anderen Plattform verkauft und bezahlt. Ich bin der Meinung,dass der Verkäufer schon nachschauen muss, bevor er die Uhr zweimal verkauft. Jetzt Rückabwicklung der Überweisung. Alles sehr ärgerlich. Kein Geschäft mehr mit diesem Verkäufer…..

Der Preisvorschlag wurde von Chrono24 automatisch angenommen. Wir haben diese Funktion nun deaktivieren lassen, sodass dies nicht mehr vorkommen kann. Den Kauf haben wir nach Ihrer Zahlung 1 Tag später von Chrono24 abbrechen lassen, die Rückerstattung erfolgte sofort am darauf folgenden Tag.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had on chrono24. The dealer sold me a watch with clear cosmetic defects, which were clearly mentioned in the description, which I was perfectly happy to live with as long as the watch was functioning properly. So far so good. Before buying the watch I explicitly asked the dealer about how the watch was running and he assured me that the watch was inspected by their watchmaker and that it did not need a service. When I received the watch, I quickly realized the dealer blatantly lied to me. The watch had dirt in the movement, the rotor was rattling, the threads on the crown were completely stripped and the watch was consistently losing a full minute per day. I returned the watch to the dealer for a full refund after which he tried to force the option of repairing the watch and sending it back to me, which obviously I did not want as I had very little faith left in their 'watchmaker'. Currently still trying to sort this out, but writing this review before the option shuts down on me. Very bad experience, stay away from this dealer.
