Buyer's comment:

Rolex ...

Communication

Buyer's comment:

Seller never answered to my messages and he changed the price the day after my purchase offer... Not recommendable

Dealer's comment:

This person did not pay the trusted checkout after being accepted. After the payment time, the price was raised, which I am free to do after the payment time has passed. The problem and the anger of this person comes when he realizes that he could have bought it cheaper and could no longer buy it. The person who was not serious was her by reserving a watch and not paying for it. It makes no sense to rate us badly. It is clear that there are people for everything

Buyer's comment:

I ordered a IWC pilot watch from the dealer. He was on vacation at the time, so the communication was unfortunately always late (and always in spanish). He could not send me pictures of everything because he was on vacation, but said that everything was original, because I only wanted to order it, if everything was original. I ordered it and got it 5 days later. When I opened the package I could see that the warrenty card wasn't original (and the stamp and marker lines was almost worn off 100% and the box was not the original box matching the watch. So i contacted Chrono24 support, so I could send it back. The told me to sent it back and nothing more. I shipped the watch like they told me and when the dealer got it, he contacted Chrono24 support and said that I had manipulated with the warrenty card and that he wanted 400 eur in compensation, for a fake card. Chrono24 support contacted me and told me about it, I told them about the whole case, but short after they just "accepted a settlement", so the dealer got 350 eur of my money and I got the rest back. Be sure to check all the images and check that everything is original when you get it. You should film the unpacking and taking pictures of everything one at a time and together from different angles, just to be on the safe side.
