When the watch arrived it was not as described. The watch & box was of such poor quality I did not believe it to be authentic. The watch dial colour & strap was different to the one advertised, the pushers did not work so no time zones could be set. The strap itself did not even fasten (received unbuckled on the cushion & box packaged with plastic). The box was very poor quality, frayed at the edges & almost falling to bits. When I raised my concerns with the seller I found them to be rude & unprofessional. When I explain the strap didn't even buckle I was accused of being a liar. The seller claimed the watch was sent out unbuckled to protect the pillow from looking used. The nature in which the seller handled my complaint and the attempt to absolve themselves from any blame (accusing me of lying about the strap functionality) was a bigger surprise to me that the very poor quality of the product I received. I must also add that I requested mediation with Chrono24 (due to bad communication directly with the seller) who were excellent and initialled a full refund immediately. Their buyer protection scheme is superb and there communication was excellent. I will use C24 again in the future but I wouldn't touch this buyer with a barge pole. Do not buy from this seller. Terrible toy like product and even worse after service. Buyers beware. Worst watch buying experience of my life. Thanks again C24 for stepping in to help.
