I tried to buy a Perrelet Turbine Watch and, after paying, my order was rejected as the seller said that they were not shipping to Romania. I called them on the phone and they confirmed that they are actually shipping, so I waited for reimbursment and bought the watch again. However they rejected my order again, saying that the watch is unavailable, but the watch is still listed and can be bought. I find it totally unacceptable and I am really disappointed.

Worst seller I’ve encountered, bad communication, I‘ve no words, in the end the watch had a fault and he admitted it to me later just because I was insisting, if not he wouldn’t even have communicated, don't waste your time.

For older timepieces we do take our time to examine the watch is great working condition. We have had this watch for several years and wanted to be sure there would be no problems as the watch was going to be shipped internationally and avoid any possible headaches. Many dealers would have had just shipped the watch without checking.

I had a terrible experience with them. Took them 30 hours to respond to my offer. I agreed to their price. Purchase was accepted and even received shipping verification. It was all a lie. The next day I received a text from seller saying the watch was purchased by someone else. Even though I received verification of shipping. Another lie. It’s been 4 days and I have still NOT received my refund from Chrono 24. In my opinion avoid doing business with this dealer.

I am sorry you feel this way. It was quite simple actually. You ordered it and we accepted the order because the watch showed in stock. At the same time about an hour later someone physically came in the store and bought the watch here at our store directly. This was before you had paid. We had asked chrono24 to refund you the same day and sent them 3-4 emails which I am happy to forward to you. Your comments are false and not true. I even called you and offered you a brand new watch a great price. I went above and beyond to try to help the situation. Some clients like yourself are just impossible to make happy.

8/8 placed the order 8/9 payment credited to the escrow account 8/12 Have not shipped the watch. I left a message to ask their time frame for shipping. 8/16 Have not shipped the watch. No response to the message. I left another message. 8/17 Have not shipped the watch. No response to the message. I left another message. 8/17 Informed me the watch has already sold.
