The dealer is utilizing a 24/7 sales site but only updates availability M-F. As a result, I bought and paid for an item to the tune of $21K and then had to wait to receive a refund for five days when they sold the item on Saturday but never removed the listing. Their explanation was that they update listings M-F and so the watch had been sold but not removed from the Chrono24 listing. So... the dealer wants the BENEFITS of a 24/7 listing but not the RESPONSIBILITY for maintaining the listing 24/7. I won't ever use this dealer again and frankly they give Chrono24 a bad name.

Buyer's comment:

Seller posted a watch but it was not removed or indicated as sold on the platform. Click on it and was instructed to make payment for the watch. Went ahead and credit card was deducted. Subsequently seller informed the watch has already been sold at their shop and they haven’t had the time to update the platform. Money was return subsequently by Chrono24 but I incurred currency difference losses.

Storniert einfach einen gültigen Kaufvertrag weil er plötzlich mehr Geld haben will ! Wäre er nicht außerhalb der EU gebe es ne Klage.

They changed price on me after I bought. Unethical

+2 days to answer. order was cancelled after paid. not a good experience.

They pressured me into sending a higher offer for the watch and when I did, turns out the watch was broken and they couldn’t deliver. Waste of time.

Il ne répond pas Je comprend il y a un souci sur le montant de la montre et je l en ai informé avant de faire le paiement. Mais il ne répond plus à aucun message sauf pour dire d annuler la commande.

Habe CHF 29000 einbezahlt nur um dann vom Händler zu erfahren, dass er die Uhr nicht mehr hat. Wieso nimmt er meine Bestellung entgegen? Chrono24 hat mir das Geld mit CHF 6 Differenz zu meinen Lasten überwiesen.

There was no watch to buy, the listing was fake.

I will not recommend this dealer to any one seems like a cash grab They accept all the offers make you pay the money to Chrono and then they back off at will. They keep you stuck there while they keep on looking for better offers from other people and you lose an opportunity to buy your watch from somewhere else as your money is now stuck while you’re waiting for a refund. Very very very bad.

Very disappointed that the pictures on the listing by the dealer were not accurate. They did not have the watch, and tried to swap it out for another model. Thankfully, the Chrono 24 protection was great and was able to receive a refund in a few days.

I paid for my watch immediately and after 10 days there was still no communication from the dealer. Chrono pinged them when they missed their shipping deadline and got no response. When I decided to cancel and they were told not to send the watch by Chrono they never responded.

Feels like false advertising, say he have a watch available and then when I made the purchase, surprise and no watch, “was just sold on a watch show and forgot to take the add off” sound fishy to me, then he offered me to wait and to charge me more... so I can’t recommend this dealer!
