After I negotiated the deal and paid for the watch, they apologized and told me the watch was not available because someone else had bought it before me and that there system did not catch it prior to me paying for it. It’s very difficult for me to understand how this could happen even after I got a confirmation of the purchase. Especially on a large purchase such as this one. The dealer did contact me immediately and told me that the order was cancelled and was very apologetic. It would’ve been nice if they would’ve offered some concession since they took my money after we had been conversing but all I got was an apology. I was relieved to see my credit after 4 days but was very disappointed to say the least.

in the past 10 years I have bought 2 watches from this seller . Both times after the payment was done he cancel the deal do to a excuses that the Watch was sold week ago . which it coulde not be . beacuse I have ask speseficly about the size ,color of the Dail and .... and they had to chek and get back to me .Which indecates that the watch was not sold. Totaly Waste of time

I bought the watch and received a couple of messages that it would soon be on its way and can we confirm the address etc. A few days later I got a message to say that the watch had been sold to another customer! They hadn't bothered to take it down off the display and it was sold. I could scarcely believe it. This is not a way to do business.

Hello sir, The sipping delay has absolutely nothing to do with us but with German customs. You should be leaving them a negative review and not us. We have spent numerous hours with FedEx on the phone trying to clear the package for you. Unfortunately they are still waiting from some documents from you. We of course wish that you had the watch already as we know how it is when you are anticipating your new timepiece to arrives. We apologize on the German customs behalf.
