Sergey, purchased this Breguet from us. We sent him pictures before shipping this watch to him. Watch was after polished with new crocodile strap. After he got his watch. He sent us message. He need to change box 700$, change strap 500$ and plus he want us to pay Bregeut service for this watch. He want us to pay for all this or he will return back this watch to us. I hope people will read this message and understand what we have to deal to sell these watch.

Seller called me and said that the price he listed on chrono24 and wanted to deal with me outside of chrono24, i think its very unprofessional on sellers part. He doesnt deserve to be here at all. Because of his stupidity I had to wait days to get my refund back. 100% NOT recommended.

"I left you a phone message" (they were not given my phone number). I had to find and call them. Excuses about delays (wrong size, will get next week). Then just stopped communicating. Went to another seller, they sent the watch in 48 hours.

Order for watch was accepted. Money was transferred to C24. After waiting a few days for shipping I contacted the dealer to see why there was a delay. I then found out they didn’t actually have the watch. They said they would find one...they didn’t. They tried to get me to buy a different watch. Finally canceled the order.

I placed a purchase with the understanding that the watch would be shipped within 2-3 days. After waiting 3 weeks and being told more than once that it would be sent when actually it was not I cancelled the order. After the seller became difficult and accusation that somehow I was the one causing the problem I started actually reading their reviews. They mostly look phony with no real information, just multiple stars. Find another source for your purchase and avoid this seller.

Client was told on phone about delay of his order. His watch came after few days. We send him picture but he still cancel order. Don't trust this client. Bad news.
