Angebot eingeholt, vom Verkäufer bestätigt. angebot angenommen und sofort überwiesen. Später ist es ihm doch zu günstig. Rücktritt vom Kauf. Ich habe das Geld schon überwiesen, bis jetzt noch nicht retour. Ohne Worte!

NOT SERIOUS I bought this watch and he sold to a third party during the sales process and with the money already deposited into chrono24 account

This review is not factual. Made offer on 10.05.21. We had no further communication from buyer or Ch24 until 14.05.21 when we were notified by Ch24 that the buyer had paid for item. By this time watch had been sold in store as 4 days had passed with no messages or indication of buyers interest. We operate a physical store and list our pieces on Ch24. If somebody purchases from our showroom while an offer is being considered online then this is unfortunate, but can happen. Explained that watch had been sold in store prior to his acceptance of offer and subsequent payment, apologised and sent instant refund via Ch24. We are sorry that this happened, but would urge people to communicate with us if they intend to purchase once an offer has been received. Even if payment takes a few days, if we know, we can help.

Non mi è piaciuto come si è posto si da L inizio della trattativa senza garbo , alla fine mi ha fatto effettuare il pagamento e poi si è rifiutato di continuare la vendita facendomi perdere solo tempo

Customer requested a discount which we were unable to offer so he felt that we were without grace as a pandemic means its a buyers market. Agreed sale then received notification that Fedex were ceasing to take signatures of proof of delivery due to Covid-19 so cancelled the transaction due to large numbers of fraudulent transactions from Italy which may have left us vulnerable to chargeback for "non delivery". Was immediately refunded in full but obviously felt that a 1* review was required.
