Hallo wir bedauern und verstehen Ihre Enttäuschung. Wir haben Sie darauf hingewiesen, dass es besser ist, die Uhr bei chrono24 zu kaufen und direkt zu bezahlen. Ein anderer Kunde auf chrono24 hat die Uhr in der Zwischenzeit gekauft. Wir möchten uns nochmals bei Ihnen entschuldigen, aber leider erlaubt uns das System von chrono24 nicht, die Uhr abzuholen, wenn Sie die Bestellung nicht bestätigen.

Comprei o relogio em Janeiro de 2023, combinamos o preço e paguei, e só no dia seguinte me comunicam que o relogio foi vendido em 2021, logo há mais de 1 ano. Cancelamos a compra ainda não fui reembolsada e não me garantem a devolucão total alegando que nada podem fazer se houver diferença cambial, dado que pago em Euros e eles fazem a conversão para Franco Suiço. Também não me parece justo ficar com o risco de cambio dado que o cancelamento da compra em nada foi minha responsabilidade- Para meu espanto passado 2 dias o relogio apresenta-se novamente para venda, volto a questionar ao que me dizem ser um problema informático! Dizem que devolverão até 2f fico a espera, hoje ainda é 5f e logo verei quanto irão reembolsar. Injustificavel um relogio aparecer para venda darem um preço negociado e só depois cominicarem que já o tinham vendido há muito.

I bought the watch ohne day before eastern and transferred the Money to the Bank Account. After those days the deal was canceled without any preliminary communication by the Dealer. The dealer sold the watch to another Person meanwhile and what I was left with were the fees for the money transactions.

Bonjour, Oui je comprend le soucis, mais 4 jours sans le paiement, je ne peux réserver une montre gratuitement si longtemps. vraiment navré pour cela.

Nachdem wir uns auf den Kauf verständigt hatten wurde die Uhr an einen anderen Kunden weiter verkauft! Sehr enttäuschend!
