Keinesfalls zu empfehlen. Im Gegensatz zur Anzeige im Online-Portal hatte der Händler die Ware NICHT vorrätig. Auf Nachfrage teilte er mit, die Ware müsse bestellt werden. Einen Liefertermin konnte er nicht nennen. Eine Stornierung war daher unausweichlich. Sehr unbefriedigend.

Die Bestellung wurde vom Verkäufer ohne Kommunikation abgebrochen. Begründung, es wurde nicht gezahlt. Ich habe abends bestellt und wollte am nächsten morgen überweisen. Ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar.

Offering watches that aren't in stock, waiting for your payment just to tell you the watch isn't available anymore. Couple days afterwards he puts the exact same watch up for sale again. Very unprofessional, can't recommend.

Sehr schlecht organisierter Händler. Nimmt Bestellungen automatisch an, lässt den Kunden bezahlen und stellt dann Tage später fest, dass er die Ware gar nicht hat.

Non ritengo corretto pubblicizzare orologi sul proprio sito,in vendita e con disponibilità, per poi comunicare check l'orologio non è disponibile. È vero, l'orologio è sicuramente un oggett, ma magari dietro un oggetto ci sta un desiderio, un regalo, una attesa (era per il compleanno di mio figlio). Sono consapevole che determinati pensieri o emozioni o attenzioni, non sono fondamentali per una vendita, ma personalmente, mi condiziona, più del prezzo.

Verkoop alsjeblieft geen horloges als je ze niet kunt leveren, ik word er op z’n zachts gezegd niet vrolijk van als ik erachterkom dat ik €300+ overmaak en ontmiddelijk het bericht krijg dat het desbetreffende horloge niet meer op voorraad is. Dit betekent dus dat de verkoper meteen aan kon geven het horloge niet te hebben maar niet de moeite te nemen om hem dan van de site te halen, “de klant is koning” maar hier dus niet.

Pessimi. Chiedo disponibilità orologio e me la danno venerdì ore 13. ore 13 10 vincolo e pago tramite bonifico e inoltro messaggio e su schermo da libero com era ora risulta prenotato orologio. Lunedì da chrono mi viene detto che soldi son sul conto deposito e sollecitano x spedizione che avverrà dai due giorni successivi... Il primo giorno predetto per l arrivo mi arriva che transazione annullata perché orologio già venduto. Mi son sentito raggirato. Chiedo spiegazioni e danno la colpa a chrono 24 che ha depositato i soldi il lunedì. Io ho seguito le procedure e in 20 minuti ho vincolato e pagato.... Chiedo spiegazioni e non mi rispondono più.... Ho segnalato a chrono 24 il tutto e attendo ragguagli in merito. Sconsigliati.

Made an order, paid, order has been cancelled without any explanation. No communication from dealer, question has not been answered for several days. I did try the order again, got a message that I will be contacted by a seller regarding payment and again nothing. Just a waste of time...

L'orologio non era più disponibile e lui non ha avvisato nessuno, creando un disservizio, dopo che la proposta era stata accettata. Chrono24 ha dovuto annullare l'ordine, dopo che io avevo già pagato, non si lavora così .

Bought a watch. When payed order was cancelled because out of stock. Before i paid product was in stock. Very strange. Never got personal message when item was back in stock. They just cancelled without notice.

Cancelled my purchase without notice days after submitting payment, no attempt to communicate or offer an explanation whatsoever. I do not recommend this dealer!

The seller unilaterally canceled the transaction (revoked it) without giving any explanation. Only when I asked for explanations about the cancellation, I was told that the watch was sold out.

El reloj esta averiado. Chrono24 realiza una propuesta de solucion de la que mas tarde se desdice. Finalmente la propuesta , es que el vendedor ,que ha enviado el producto averiado, valorara si hay o no hay motivo de reclamacion.

Pas de reponse simple a ma demande pour envoyer la montre a mon adresse. Peut etre est ce du au confinement covid.
