Post delivery communication was not friendly when I notified the crown was crooked (when it was supposed to be fully serviced), I was made fun of saying its lo big deal, comparing to a micro scratch on the case, when I was just expecting the seller to tell me more about the askewed crown. So really didnt find that professional. He then excused his behaviour by wanting to make things right and proceed to a replacement of necessary. Beside this the watch is great (beside sometimes having the moonphase having difficulty moving). Im just dissapointed not being warned about the crown problem ( even though I said ill probably change the crown later for an original), still supposed to work properly, and dissapointed I was talked to like that

Prior to the sale, we had discussed in depth with the customer that the crown on this model was a service replacement and the customer actively asked us to reduce the price of the watch as he wanted to source an original Omega crown himself later on, after the purchase. We had agreed to a significant price reduction for the crown and proceeded with the transaction. After the reception of the watch, the customer stated that the service crown had a 1mm gap to the case (which can sometimes happen, as the crown was service part) and accused us of "being unprofessional by not having told him about the gap". As a response, we assured the customer, that a tiny 1mm gap would be normal, especially if service parts are used, and that the small gap would not effect the proper function of the watch. We also reminded him, that we had intensively discussed a needed replacement of the crown before the purchase along with a significant price reduction. Now the customer appears to use this argument again (for a second time and after a significant price reduction) against us – which is not 100% fair. That said, immediately after we were notified about the crown problem we offered the customer either a complete cancelation of the transaction and a full refund of his purchase price (which he refused) or a return of the watch for repair in Vienna to have the crown replaced for a second time. The customer decided to keep the watch and he suggested having the crown exchanged in Vienna maybe later on in time as he eager to wear the watch in the meantime. Until now, we believed of having found a solution and are honestly surprised about the harsh feedback left. We will also contact the customer again if there is anything we can do right now to make him a happy buyer.
