-Shipping carrier is Fedex or UPS.

-We have inspected/maintained the watch according to our standards before posting it on the site.
1- For automatic and hand-wound watches, we allow +/- 20 seconds difference between the day of the week and the day of the month, measured by WITSCHI machines. Depending on the model, +/- 30 seconds may be acceptable. *Special models such as spring drive watches are different.
2-Quartz (battery) watches are purchased second-hand, so we cannot tell how long the battery has been replaced. The battery will be a monitor battery.


-Warranty for watches is subject to the Chrono24 Trust Service and Escrow Service. However, we cannot handle watches that have been used.
-The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The refund amount may be reduced if the watch is missing or has been changed since before delivery at the time of return.
-If the customer refuses to receive the watch after it has been shipped, we will refund the amount of the refund minus the return shipping fee.
