Payment
Once you are ready to make the purchase, just click on the buy now button on the Chrono24 listing. You are welcome to pay either via credit card or wire transfer. There is no monetary advantage to paying by wire transfer, so we recommend buyers to pay whichever way is most suitable to them. Once payment is complete, Chrono24 will hold the funds in escrow until the watch is delivered.

Inspection
Before shipping your watch, we will inspect the timekeeping functions as well as do a thorough inspection of the case and bracelet to make sure your watch matches the description in the listing. All watches are packed securely inside their respective box to make sure there are no issues in the shipping process.

Shipping
Once payment is confirmed, you can expect your package to ship within 48 hours, unless other arrangements are discussed between the buyer and our company. For USA Buyers - We are not able to ship to residential addresses. Our insurance requires that all packages be sent either to a business or with a HOLD FOR PICKUP at the closest FEDEX facility to your residence. If the address provided is a residence, it will automatically be sent with a hold for pickup to the closest FEDEX facility.

Returns
Once the watch is delivered, buyers have two weeks to inspect their new timepiece. If the watch is not as described or does not function properly, it may be returned for a full refund. The funds remain in escrow with Chrono24 during this time, so if a return is made, the refund comes from Chrono24. Returns will only be accepted if the watch being sent back is in the same condition as it was shipped. We will not accept returns of watches that have been worn or used in any way, or are missing any paperwork or accessories that originally arrived with the watch.

Taxes
Based on your County/State/Zip Code, Chrono24 will automatically add sales tax at checkout. We can estimate what the tax will be prior to shipping, but the final amount is charged by them. Chrono24 will automatically collect and remit this amount. We have no control over this; and cannot remove sales tax.

International
We try our best to ship worldwide, but sometimes our insurance will limit the amount we can ship. In those cases, we must inform the customer that we cannot ship to that country. All watches are declared in full, and international buyers must pay the appropriate incoming duties once the watch lands into their country. We do our best to make this a smooth process.
