SCOPE OF DELIVERY:

Our watches are generally new or original goods. Therefore, the watches also include the original manufacturer's delivery specifications.

DELIVERY TIME:

After receipt of payment, the item will arrive within the stated timeframe (unless it is a special model). We will notify you in a timely manner as soon as your shipment is ready for dispatch from us in Berlin. Delivery will take place the same day to your address after a quality check. You will also automatically receive the tracking code on the day of dispatch.

SHIPPING:

We ship our items insured against all risks with UPS, FEDEX, TNT, or DHL Express within Germany (other countries upon request). Of course, our goods are professionally packaged according to current safety standards.

COLLECTION:

Collection is also possible by appointment.

EXPORT:

If you want to export your goods or purchase them tax-free, we will be happy to assist you with the necessary forms, such as Premier Tax-Free or export declarations.

VAT discount for non-EU customers (please consider taxes and duties in your destination country – this is your responsibility).

GUARANTEE:

Our items come with, among other things, a manufacturer's warranty, which is activated by a European dealer upon delivery. The warranty period depends on the manufacturer's specifications – usually at least 24 months.
