While we’re remodeling our showroom, we’re operating fully online and aren’t able to invite our clients for in-person showings, transactions, or retrievals of their purchases. Our shipping team will prepare your watch for dispatch within 48-72 business hours of obtaining payment confirmation from Chrono24. In an effort to provide necessary insurance coverage for protecting your purchase, we do not offer deliveries to residential or commercial addresses. Additionally, we do not ship packages on Friday or over the weekend. Your timepiece will be shipped exclusively via FedEx Insured Express Shipping to a FedEx Ship Center of your choosing for secure pickup.
