A Fine 18ct Yellow Gold Minute Repeater Keyless Lever Full Hunter Pocket Watch, C1919.

Dial: The perfect white Enamel dial with Roman numerals outer minute track and subsidiary seconds dial at six o'clock The original blued steel spade hands and matching blued steel seconds hand.

Case: The heavy 18ct yellow gold case with plain front and back covers with plain inner cover. The cases are all numbered and have import hallmarks for London 1919. The case maker is GS. The casemakers mark was for a British Company which was the biggest agent at the time for importing Swiss watches, Stockwell & Co founded by George Stockwell. The repeater slide is located on the side of the case.

Movement: The superb gilt metal keyless lever movement jewelled to the centre abor, with compensation balance, blued overcoiled hairspring and wolf's tooth winding. The hammers and gongs are visible. The watch chimes the hours, quarters and minutes very clearly.

This pocket watch is in exceptional condition considering it is over 100 years old. It is an amazing piece of Swiss craftsmanship which would compliment one's personal collection.We sell this watch with our own certificate of authenticity and a one year guarantee.
