-Returns are possible within the deadline, but the buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping fee and insurance charges.
However, we cannot accept returns of the watches you opend a package. Items from which the security sticker has been removed are considered you used and will not be returned.
In addition, customs duties paid by the buyer when recieved the items are not refundable.
In addition, if the seller is required to pay re-entry customs duties because the buyer did not mark the "return item" on the shipping slip to return, the buyer will be billed for those charges.

-Original paper means the instruction manual and the warranty card etc...
If even one of them is attached, it will be described as original paper.

-We ship by EMS or DHL depending on the material of the product. I cannot accept the designation of the delivery trader.

-When shipping overseas, if a belt or parts that may fall under the Washington Convention is used, the belt or parts will be removed before shipping.
Please note that the belts and parts that apply cannot be sent.

-You cannot submit an invoice with a lower amount than the amount sold/paid.

-Check/maintenance according to our standards before posting on the site.
●Regarding self-winding and hand-winding watches, a daily difference of +/- 30 seconds when laid flat is within the allowable range.
For antique clocks, more day difference is acceptable.
●Quartz (battery) watches are second-hand purchases, so we cannot understand items other than those that have a history of battery replacement. It's just a monitor battery.

- There is a 14-day return and money back guarantee on Chrono24 trust service and escrow service.
However, we do not accept returns of watches that have been used. Items with the security sticker removed are considered used and will not be returned.
All return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

-If the item is in a different condition than it was before delivery (if there are missing items, alterations, OPP bag opened, use, damage, stains, traces of processing, etc.), a reduced refund will be given.

-If the customer refuses to accept the package after it is shipped and it is returned to us, the round-trip shipping and insurance charges will not be refunded.
