Very fine and extremely rare to find astronomic stainless steell gentleman's triple calendar with moon phase. Original not refinished two tone BLACK dial, teardrop lugs, pink gold Vacheron batons hands and P.G. index/arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds at six, original crown. Cal. 12 1/2''' V 495 rhodium-plated "fausses cotes" decoration, 17 jevels, straight line lever escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws, Breguet balance-spring. Case, movement and dial signed, case n.273XXX movement n. 463XXX. Diam: 35 mm. thickness: 11 mm. One of most successful Vacheron & Costantin, produced in a few dozen of pieces in 1942.
