Rolex 1675 - GMT, 18k gold case, black dial.
Comments:
This is an extremely collectible and classic 18k yellow gold Rolex Ref. 1675, known to collectors as the “GMT Master” which was produced from approximately 1960 until 1980. This timepiece has a beautiful original black dial and black yellow gold bezel. The watch is in excellent condition, with a mint 18k yellow gold case and comes on an elegant crocodile strap. The watch has been serviced and is ready to wear and enjoy. Although this model is certainly not as rare as the scarce 1675 “No Crown Guards” version, it is nonetheless very difficult to obtain in excellent, original condition, such as the one offered here. This watch is also unusual in that it has a black dial and bezel, versus the more common brown bezel and dial on solid gold 1675’s. A truly beautiful and classic looking timepiece. Circa 1966. |
