Issued to Royal Navy personnel during the late 1940s. Only one push button for starting, stopping and resetting the second recording hand. Very rare ivory coloured original Swiss dial. This type of watch is usually only found with a later MOD replacement dial made in the UK. Back stamped with relevant Hydrographic Service code used by the Royal Navy to identify the grade or use of timepieces.
