This simple yet memorable IWC Schaffhausen timepiece is an elegant addition to the remarkable Portuguese collection, famous for its accurate complex mechanics. It comes with a round-shaped 43mm case made of impressive 18k rose gold, combined with stylish dark brown alligator leather strap made by the Italian luxury shoe manufacturer Santoni. The gorgeous silver-plated dial displays central hours, minutes and seconds, and a small seconds sub-dial at six o’clock. An opening at nine o’clock reveals the magnificent flying tourbillon, consisting of 64 individual parts and rotating once around its axis every 60 seconds. The hand-wound IWC-manufactured 98900 caliber, a member of the brilliant 98000-caliber family, contains 21 jewels and beats at 28,800 VpH, providing exceptional accuracy and 54-hour power reserve, and it’s visible through the sapphire crystal case back. Water resistant to 30 meters.
