The Big Pilot’s Watch TOP GUN combines the classic styling of the traditional WWII Pilot Watch with modern technology. Ceramic & Titanium materials used for the 48-millimetre case is light on the wrist but durable enough for daily use. This watch houses the largest self-winding movement IWC has created and it will continue running for 7 days. The power reserve indicator on the dial with red higlights will let you know when it is time to wind your new favorite watch!
You will quickly appreciate the IWC-manufactured 51111 calibre featuring IWC’s pawl-winding system as it builds up a 7-day power reserve after just 1,960 revolutions of the rotor or after being fully wound by hand. It is IWC’s largest automatic movement and is assembled from no fewer than 311 individual parts.
The case back has the Top Gun logo reminding the owner of this watches classic history and modern technology found in super sonic aircraft. No watch has a more interesting lineage to the past or references modern day design.
