Daring and different this IWC timepiece marks a turning point in the design of the world famous Aquatimer, with this special edition being the only IWC watch to ever use bronze for the case material. Over time and with wear, this case will develop a richer, darker patina that will be unique and individual to the watch.
The inspiration behind this special bronze edition was the famous explorer Charles Darwin and the HMS Beagle, where he observed "Nothing is more constant than change", with the case changing subtly over time, this creation will only become more charming with the passage of time.
Unworn, and a complete set, this timepiece comes with all original boxes, paperwork and warranty card. Protected under IWC warranty until September 2018. Originally purchased in late September 2016 through Bellusso Jewellers of Las Vegas, Nevada USA.
Featuring a bronze case, black dial, two sub-dials, black rubber coated crown and chrono pushers. Presented on an original black IWC textured rubber strap with a matching bronze IWC pin buckle.
