Annotazioni

The Multifort line dates back to the 1930s and was the first watch to combine the following features: waterproof, antimagnetic, shockproof and automatic winding. Relaunched in 1998, the third generation 'new' Multifort offered here combines many of the traditional features of both Multifort and Mido - the aquadura crown seal being one such Mido 'tradition', and a very effective one. This model features a Pulsemeter, used to measure just that - one's pulse rate. Mido has cleverly incorporated four 'start' points on the dial meaning that a pulse reading can be taken when the seconds hand reaches 0, 15, 30 or 45 seconds.

The all stainless steel polished finish square case has a diameter of 42mm across and thickness of approximately 13mm. It has some very small signs of wear. The sapphire crystal front and mineral crystal display back are scratchless. The crown has the aquadura seal and is water resist to 50m.

The dial is ivory colour with shadowed superluminova arabic numerals, outer minutes and seconds scales. Four pulsemeter scales measuring 400 - 32 beats (base 15 beats), black hands with superluminova fill.

The movement is a high grade modified ETA 2836-2 caliber with quick-set day and date and adjusted in three positions with hacking feature. The strap is the original and near new brown leather padded with signed steel buckle. Comes withoriginal inner and outer box (some signs of use) and all paperwork.
