This vintage Patek Philippe Tegola ref. 1593 (made in 1950) is in beautiful original condition, and is complete with its rare Patek brown leather presentation case. The elegant arched and flared 18ct yellow gold case beautifully compliments the gold elongated arrow markers and Arabic numerals on its silver dial. Fitted to a black croc Patek strap with gold Patek pin buckle. Manually wound Patek cal. 9-90 movement, and guaranteed by Watch Club for 2 years.
