Rose Gold Patek Philippe Top Hat.
A very rare combination of rose gold case and original rose coloured dial with this most stylish of Patek Philippe models from 1945. The watch has been fully serviced the watch retains its original mineral crystal glass. The watch is fitted with a new dark brown crocodile Patek Philippe strap with a matching Patek Philippe rose gold pin buckle. The extract from the archives states that the watch was made in 1944 and sold in 1945. Overall this is a beautiful and elegant watch in great condition for a 67 year old.
