While everything about this perpetual calendar is nice, for me the nicest aspect is the case. It's a perfectly proportioned, perfectly sized tonneau shape. Dimensions are 41.5mm long by 35.5mm wide by 8.5mm thick. It's an eminently wearable size, and fits easily under shirt cuffs. Sapphire crystal. Dial is "Laque Noir" Black with the following displays: day and 24 hour indicators at 9 o'clock; month and leap year indicator at 3 o'clock; moonphase and date indicators at 6 o'clock. Dial has applied white gold Breguet Arabic numerals. This watch is factory sealed, complete with its stylus and back case as well as its original certificate and extract from the archives certificate. It literally comes with all the bells and whistles as well as the original Patek Philippe winding box.
