Detailed description

The present Omega De Ville wrist watch was manufactured in Switzerland around 1970. It is fitted with a quartz movement and shows the hour and minute. The gold dial has gold hands and a gold index. The casing is made of gilded stainless steel. The dark brown leather strap has a pin buckle. The model comes with its original box, the sales invoice and the guarantee (issued on 14/08/1979).
The wrist watch is in good condition with small traces of age and use; the snakeskin strap shows however stronger traces of wear. The diameter of the casing is 32 mm and the height measures 6 mm. The strap length is 19 cm and the lugs measure 17 mm in width. The watch has not been tested, because the battery needs to be exchanged; long-term precision and regularity cannot be guaranteed.
