Hublot Classic: Simplicity with Grace

The original design of the Classic shares its identity with the 1984 Hublot Classic with the belt designed in steel. The timepiece carried the classical tones in its look making it a legendary watch. Initially the line of classic watches concentrated specifically on the design of the model which later became its trademark.

In the 2010 Baselworld trade fair, the company released the Hublot Classic Fusion mixing classical design with contemporary touches. The design can be said to be the simplified version of the modern looking Big Bang timepieces.

Hublot Classic: Revamping Design

Being named as the Official Timekeeper and Official Watch for the two FIFA world cups in 2010 and 2014, the Hublot places itself in the list of few watch brands graced with this prestige. Commemorating the prestigious achievement, the company unveiled the limited edition of Classic Fusion Gold.

With the case, dial and the bezel adorned with pink gold, an understated design of the FIFA World Cup is noticeable at 6’o clock. Celebrating the association of the luxury brand with the football world, the gold case back also shows the gold cup crafted on it.

Fashioning the Classic Fusion with a sporty look, the timepiece has been graced with an alligator as well as a rubber strap. Designed in a sporty fashion, the huge 45mm dial size is polished with a satin finishing. The sapphire crystal caseback reflects the functioning of the timepiece. With the FIFA World Cup trophy engraved on the caseback, the watch gleams with a stunning 18K gold case.

Like the other collection under the Hublot flagship, the Classic Fusion classically blends contemporary look with a traditional style. Besides the 6’H’ shapes titanium screws placed at the bezel, it also positions an extra 5N gold screw with a satin polishing. The timepiece is powered with mechanical chronograph movement HUB1112 with an automatic winding.

Polished with the black PVD treated tungsten carbide, the edges of the Classic Fusion Gold have been gleamed with fine satin touches. The brand has launched a special edition of these timepieces with only 100 pieces available in the market. With a water resistance capacity up to 50 meters, the model is highly looked upon by the watch enthusiasts across the globe.
