Hublot Big Bang "All Blue" Blue PVD Ceramic, Blue Arabic Dial, Blue Rubber Strap, 44.5mm Limited Edition of only 500 Pieces The Hublot Big Bang chronograph was a smash hit the day it arrived at Hublot dealers. The watch offers a lot for its price, and arguably started the modern trend towards ceramic watches being all the rage. This is the "All Blue" Hublot model 301.EI.5190.RB, and this watch is brand new and complete with box and papers. Case is 44.5mm diameter by 14.7mm thick. The case is made from the advanced materials of ceramic and Kevlar. The Blue bezel is ceramic with exposed screws. The front and display back crystals are both sapphire. The crown and chronograph pushers are Blue PVD with notched Kevlar inserts for good grip while starting and stopping the chronograph or setting the time. Case is water resistant to 100 meters. Dial is pure Blue with large applied numerals and hour markers. The hands are skeletonized with inlaid luminous. Subdials are for constant seconds, chronograph 30 minute and 12 hour totalizers. Date window between the 4 o’clock and 5 o’clock positions. Movement is designed by La Joux Perret and manufactured by ETA. Automatic winding with a black skeletonized tungsten rotor. The movement also features 27 jewels and a 42 hour power reserve. In my opinion, this is a manufacture caliber, since Hublot is the only firm that can use this state of the art movement. Strap is rubber and very supple. The theme of Fusion, which is the guiding principle of the Big Bang collection, is the very essence of this superb chronograph dedicated to lovers. Its unique design combines elegance and audacity, blending Ceramic steel and chocolate, trendiness and rarity. The materials and colors deliciously melt and intermix.
