This vintage stainless steel Turler two register chronograph is in excellent condition. Manufactured by Heuer and retailed by the Swiss jeweler sometime in the 1950's, this example remains well preserved. The original finish of the two tone metallic dial has gracefully aged to a tropical golden hue complementing the original blued hands and aged lume. The difference in tone between the silver chapter ring, aged tropical dial with raised lume and the beautifully proportioned silver subdials can be delightfully observed on the wrist.
At 36mm not including the original crown it has a nice modern wrist presence. Examining the sides of the stainless steel case you'll notice the original brushed finishing has been preserved, leading us to believe that this watch has never been polished but has certainly been worn. There is small amount of wear throughout, including a small gouge in the 4 o'clock round pump chronograph pusher. The charming character of this watch only adds to it's vintage aesthetic.
