This Ladies Cartier St. Petersburg is a gently pre-owned luxury watch, and is extremely rare. There are no major signs of wear on the case, dial, bezel, or bracelet. It is fully functional, and guaranteed 100% authentic.
This spectacular 18k yellow gold watch is covered with a variety of precious stones. The dial and case sides feature original diamonds. The bracelet is fitted with with blue sapphires. The bezel contains green emeralds. And the lugs are fitted with rubies, sapphires, and emeralds. The gold toned hour and minute hands are powered by a quartz movement, and the yellow gold crown is fitted with a cabochon. The exuberant bracelet, loaded with sapphires, will fit a wrist up to 6 inches, and uses a yellow gold butterfly clasp. The case is 26mm wide without the crown, and 6mm thick. The watch weighs 76g. In 1847, when Louis-François Cartier was 29, he inherited a jewelry workshop in Paris. Within a decade, he had begun building a royal clientele for his watches and jewelry, including the ancestors of Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte.
